‘Mansion-In-The-Air’: Hrithik Roshan Buys Two Apartments For Nearly Rs 100 Crore

Mumbai: Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan has spent a whooping Rs 97.50 crore to purchase two apartments in a sea-facing building on Juhu-Versova Link Road here.

As per a Mumbai Mirror report, these two apartments, spread over three floors including a 6500 sq ft terrace, provide a splendid view of the Arabian Sea.

The building’s name is Mannat and the deal was reportedly closed on Thursday at Rs 97.50 crore. The actor will have access to an exclusive lift and 10 parking spots.

Hrithik plans to integrate the two apartments for a ‘mansion-in-the-air’, where one is a duplex penthouse and the other is a single-storey home.

Hrithik has reportedly paid Rs 67.50 crore for the duplex spread over 27,534.85 sq ft on the 15th and 16th floors and has acquired the other flat covering 11,165 sq ft on the 14th floor for Rs 30 crore.
