Balangir: The central paramilitary forces busted a Maoist camp in the foothills of Gandhamardan under Khaprakhol block in Odisha’s Balangir district on Sunday morning.
According to sources, a team of CRPF personnel came across a deserted camp inside a cave in the forest during a routine combing operation. Later, they went inside the cave and found a box. The central forces took the box to Khaprakhol and found several Maoist articles.
Following the incident, the combing operation has been intensified in the area.
