Koraput: Maoist posters and banners asking people to boycott the ensuing Lok Sabha and Assembly polls had surfaced at Paliguda village under Jeypore Sadar police limits of Koraput on Tuesday.
On being informed, the police reached the village and seized the posters. Investigation are on.
Such posters and banners were found at various places in Kalahandi’s M Rampur on March 29.
Similar posters were also seized from some areas under Guchhapada police limits of Kandhamal district. Some posters were found pasted on the walls of Kalimela bus stand and other places in Malkangiri district on March 22.
