Kalahandi: Maoist posters and banners, urging people to boycott the ensuing Lok Sabha and Assembly polls, were found at various places in Kalahandi’s M Rampur on Friday.

According to sources, the posters and banners have been issued by KKBN (Kalahandi-Kandhamal-Boudh-Nayagarh) of the outlawed CPI (Maoist).

On being informed, the police reached the spot and seized the posters.

A couple of days, similar posters were seized from some areas under Guchhapada police limits in Kandhamal district. Some posters were found pasted on the walls at Kalimela bus stand and other places in Malkangiri district on March 22.
