Bhanjanagar: A Maoist banner, threatening to eliminate police informers and two MLAs, were found near a bus stand at Dadaralunda, around 18 km away from Bhanjanagar in Odisha’s Ganjam district on Saturday.
However, the posters did not mention any leader in particular.
A month ago, the ultras had gunned down one sitting MLA and one former MLA in the neighbouring Telangana.
Police suspect that the posters are fake and the handiwork of mischief-mongers.
