Nuapada: A youth was killed by Maoists, who suspected him to be a police informer, in Odisha’s Nuapada district on Friday.
The incident took place at Ekunapani village under Sunabeda sanctuary in the district.
Maoists picked up the youth from his house and killed him, said police.
During a joint combing operation, the Special Operations Group (SOG), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and District Voluntary Force (DVF) busted a Maoist camp in Nuapada in July.
