Naringijhola: The red rebels made their presence felt in the cut-off
region of Malkangiri district again by thrashing a villager in praja
court suspecting him to be a police informer late on Saturday.
The villager sustained critical injuries in the Maoists’ attack.
he ultras dragged them from their houses, produced them in the praja
court held at Naringijhola under Nakamamedi panchayat in the district
and thrashed them mercilessly.
The Maoists warned him of dire consequences if they cooperate with police.
On December 11, a group of Naxals beat up three villagers, including
former sarpanch of Panasput panchayat Arjun Hental on suspicion of
