Bhubaneswar: Odisha recorded a marginal rise in the number of COVID cases on Saturday with 222 people testing positive for the virus in the last 24 hours against 202 cases on Friday and 252 cases on Thursday.
According to the I & PR Department, 130 fresh cases are from quarantine and 92 local contacts. Among them, 36 are in the age group of 0-18 years.

Besides, 11 cases are from the state pool.
With 15,179 samples tested in the last 24 hours, the Test Positivity Rate (TPR) was 1.46%. The number of active cases stood at 1,417.
