New York: Mark Zuckerberg is a man of many talents.
One of the world’s most influential persons, the CEO of Facebook showcased his skills in jiu jitsu, a form of martial art.
Competing in his first tournament, the tech tycoon won a gold and silver medal each.
Sharing the news with pictures of the event, Zuckerberg wrote on Instagram: “Competed in my first jiu jitsu tournament and won some medals for the Guerrilla Jiu Jitsu team. Thanks to @davecamarillo @khaiwu @intense0ne for training me!”
His post has drawn over 2.76 lakh likes, and counting, besides hundreds of comments.
Most of them were in awe of Zuckerberg’s feat.
One user wrote: “Honored to ref your matches. Warrior. Congratulations.”
It was reported in September that he had taken up mixed martial arts (MMA) training and his trainer described him as a ‘silent killer’ in the ring.
The billionaire had posted a video on Instagram in which he was seen sparring with Khai Wu, a professional mixed martial artist who holds a jiu jitsu black belt.
