Maruti Suzuki on Wednesday launched the Ertiga-based XL6 MPV in India. The variant-wise prices of the Maruti XL6 in Bhubaneswar are as follows:
Zeta MT – Rs. 9,79,689
Zeta AT – Rs. 10,89,689
Alpha MT – Rs. 10,36,189
Alpha AT – Rs. 11,46,189
The XL6 measures 4,445 mm in length, 1,775 mm in width and 1,700 mm in height. It has a wheelbase of 2,740 mm. The boot space is 209 litres and can be increased to 692 litres with the second and third row of seats folded down.
The XL6 is essentially a redesigned Eritga with LED headlamps and black plastic cladding all around.
The highlight of the vehicle is the choice of captain seats in the second row.
It has a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, accessory sockets in each row, rear AC vents and cruise control.
Interestingly, the XL6 comes with a petrol engine only. The engine is a BS-VI compliant 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine with mild-hybrid technology that produces 103 BHP @ 6,000 rpm and 138 Nm @ 4,400 rpm.
It is mated to either a 5-speed manual or a 4-speed automatic.
The colours available are Nexa Blue, Brave Khaki, Auburn Red, Magma Grey, Premium Silver and Arctic White.
