Cuttack: Taking note of the intense heatwave in interior Odisha, the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) has changed the timing of the evaluation of annual Matric examination papers in six districts.
In a letter, the BSE has asked the district education officers (DEOs) of Balangir, Nuapada, Keonjhar, Bargarh, Sambalpur and Kalahandi to instruct the invigilators to conduct the evaluation from 7.30 am to 10.30 am.
Barring these six districts, there will be no change in the timing of the evaluation in other districts, the letters stated.
