Cuttack: The Matric Supplementary examination for regular and ex-regular students, conducted by the Board of Secondary Education (BSE), began at 122 centres across Odisha on Monday.
Along with this the second Odisha State Open School (OSOS) examination also began at 55 centres in the state.
For the matric regular and ex-regular students, the Board has prepared a single set of questions papers.
The examination will be conducted in one sitting from 9 am to 11.30 am. However, the Board has allowed 15 minutes extra to the students for mathematics.
Prior to the subjective test, the OMR sheets will be given to the students at 8.30 am and the test will be conducted between 9 am and 10 am. For Mathematics, the OMR test will be conducted between 9 am and 10.15 am.
While 27,616 students are appearing for the matric supplementary examination, 9033 are appearing for OSOS examination.
The matric supplementary examination and the OSOS examination will conclude on July 14 and 16 respectively.
