New Delhi: Piaggio on Wednesday launched the Aprilia SXR 160 maxi-scooter in India.
Priced at Rs 1,25,997 (ex-showroom, Pune), it is one of the most expensive scooters in the market here.
Powered by a 160cc, BS6-complaint, 3-valve, single-cylinder engine that makes 10.7BHP power and 11.6Nm torque, it comes with adjustable suspension at the rear and ventilated discs at the front with ABS.
The maxi-scooter has LED headlights, LED tail lights, and a big 210 sq cm digital cluster with digital speed indicator, RPM meter, mileage indicator, average speed and top speed display, digital fuel indicator, ABS indicator and engine malfunction indicator. It also has connected tech that lets users track the scooter.
The Aprilia SXR 160 comes in Glossy Red, Matt Blue, Glossy White and Matt Black colours.
