Mayurbhanj Mishap: Odisha CM Announces Rs 2 Lakh Ex-Gratia For Kin Of Deceased

Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Sunday expressed grief over the death of five persons in an accident in Mayurbhanj district and announced Rs 2 lakh ex-gratia for each of the victim’s family.

He also expressed his deep condolences for the persons killed in a road mishap at Saraskana in Mayurbhanj district.

As per the released by the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO), the fatal road accident claimed five precious lives. Out of the five deceased, four belong to Odisha and another is from neighbouring Jharkhand.
