MEA ‘Advises’ Indians Against Travelling To Sri Lanka

The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) has asked Indians not to undertake non-essential travel to Sri Lanka.

At least 15 bodies, including that of six children, were recovered during a raid in east Sri Lanka on militants linked to the Easter bombings, according to a report published by AP.

A military spokesperson had earlier said soldiers had a gunfight with the suspects and gunned down two persons during the raid on a building as part of the ongoing investigation into the suicide bomb attacks.
