Bhubaneswar: The Commissionerate Police detained a man for allegedly creating a ruckus at Master Canteen here on Monday.
According to sources, the detained man, who is believed to be mentally challenged, attacked passersby and misbehaved with a woman.
He also attacked cops from the Capital Police Station, who reached the spot on being informed.
After an hour-long effort, police managed to overpower him and took him to the police station.
The identity of the man was not known till reports last came in.
