Bhubaneswar: As cold conditions intensified, Jharsuguda turned out to be the coldest place in Odisha recording lowest night temperature at 9.8 degree Celsius followed by Koraput at 10.2 degree Celsius, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) informed on Wednesday.
