Bhubaneswar: In view of preview of prevailing heat wave conditions, the regional centre of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Sunday issued yellow warning for nine districts of Odisha for the next three days.
They are Sundargarh, Jharsuguda, Sambalpur, Deogarh, Angul, Bargarh, Sonepur, Bolangir and Nuapada districts.
People are advised to avoid getting exposed to the scorching heat during these three days.
Meanwhile, maximum temperature of 46.5 degree Celsius was recorded at Titlagarh and the lowest minimum of 20.1 degree Celsius at Balasore on Sunday.
