Bhubaneswar: Parts of western Odisha are likely to receive light rainfall for two days, according to India Meteorological Department.
In a mid-day bulletin, the regional office here forecast that light rain is very likely to occur at one or two places of Bargarh, Jharsuguda, Sambalpur, Sundargarh, Deogarh and Keonjhar districts on Tuesday and Wednesday. The rest of the state will witness dry weather. Jharsuguda has already received rainfall.
The Met office further said Jagatsinghpur, Angul and Kandhamal districts witnessed dense fog while Cuttack, Keonjhar and Nayagarh experienced shallow to moderate fog on the day.
Minimum temperatures observed appreciable rise at one or two places in the districts of South Odisha but there was no major change in other districts.
Highest temperature of 32 degree Celsius was recorded at Balangir and lowest of 12.5 degree at Sundargarh.
