Bhubaneswar: Corona positive cases in Odisha touched 174 with one more person testing positive for the virus in Sundargarh’s Rourkela on Tuesday.
The patient has been identified as 49-year-old man, who had recently returned from Kolkata and was in quarantine.
With this, Sundargarh now has 12 confirmed cases and five among them have recovered from the disease.
Earlier in the day, a positive case was detected in Cuttack district, almost after a month, and two more in Balasore.
While the one from Cuttack had returned from Surat, those from Balasore had travel history to West Bengal.
The Odisha government had also disclosed about a Surat-returned youth of Ganjam having contracted the virus in its first health update on Tuesday morning.
