Angul: Panic gripped residents of Angul district as mild tremors lasting two to three seconds were felt on Tuesday morning.
The panicked residents rushed out of their house as they felt the jolt twice in quick succession.
However, the intensity of the quake is yet to be ascertained.
The Seismology Unit of the Regional Meteorological Centre in Bhubaneswar has also not issued any bulletin on the tremors.
