Nabarangpur: A minor boy sustained critical injuries after being stabbed by two youths due to old rivalry in Odisha’s Nabarangpur town on Monday.
According to sources, the victim, identified as 14-year-old B Srinivas of Mangaraj Sahi in the town, had a fight with the two assailants over some petty issue around a year back. They had kept a grudge against Srinivas and finding him alone at Keuta Sahi square in the morning, stabbed him with a knife.

On being informed a team from Nabarangpur police station went to the hospital and recorded the statement of Srinivas regarding the incident. He identified one attacker as Sai of Medri Sahi in the town. Further investigation is on.
