Minor Boy Rescued From Railway Tracks In Jharsuguda

Jharsuguda: The Government Railway Police (GRP) rescued an abandoned three-year-old boy from railway tracks near Bagadihi in Jharsuguda, informed the police on Wednesday.

Locals spotted the child crying on the railway tracks on Tuesday evening and informed the GRP. The child was them handed over to the district child protection unit and sent to an orphanage.

Meanwhile, efforts are on to trace the child’s parents.
