Bhubaneswar: In a minor reshuffle in the senior officers’ cadre, the Odisha government has appointed Gopabandhu Satpathy as the Revenue Divisional Commissioner (RDC), Central Division, Cuttack.
The 2003-batch IAS officer, who is currently holding the post of Managing Director, Odisha State Cooperative Bank, will remain in an additional charge of RDC, Central Division, Cuttack consequent upon the superannuation of Anil Kumar Samal.
Similarly, senior OAS officer Vincent Poonam Kanta Ekka, Secretary to RDC, Northern Division, Sambalpur is allowed to remain in charge of RDC, Northern Division, Sambalpur consequent upon the superannuation of Anil Kumar Samal.
Besides, 1999-bach Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS) officer Sagarika Patnaik, Director/ACC, Department of Personnel & Training, North Block, New Delhi, is appointed as special secretary, Housing & Urban Development on foreign service terms and conditions up to April 22, 2025, on a lateral shift basis, according to a notification from the General Administration and Public Grievance Department.
