Bhubaneswar: Two loots in the broad daylight in the Odisha capital on Tuesday have put a big question mark on the safety of the city denizens.
According to sources, a woman railway employee was waiting at the Mancheswar railway station to board a train to Berhampur in the morning when two unidentified miscreants looted gold ornaments worth over lakhs of rupees from her at gun-point.
In another incident, some unidentified miscreants looted cash from a bank employee at Gadakana. The bank employee was injured in his attempt to resist them.
