Miscreants Loot Liquor Shop In Berhampur

Berhampur: Unidentified miscreants looted lakhs of rupees from Baharabati Mahula liquor shop in Berhampur of Ganjam district on Sunday.
According to sources, a group of four masked men stormed into the liquor shop, held the staff at gunpoint and looted the money. They fled the spot immediately after commiting the crime.
Police have launched a manhunt to nab the looters.
In a separate incident, two were arrested while attempting to commit a robbery at Telkoi in Keonjhar district.
The accused have been identified as Tankadhar Behera and Purusottam Mohanta.
A motorcycle and Rs 1,800 were seized from the duo.
