Rourkela: Unidentified miscreants looted cash from an ATM counter of State Bank of India (SBI) located at Dumerta under Bandhamunda police station limits in Rourkela in Odisha’s Sundargarh district late on Friday night.
Some locals informed the police this morning after finding the broken ATM.
Following information, police, a scientific team and senior SBI officials rushed to the spot
Preliminary investigation has revealed that the miscreants had used crowbar to break open the ATM.
The bank authorities are yet to confirm the exact amount that has been looted by the miscreants.
Meanwhile Police has begun a manhunt to nab the miscreants, reports said.
