Rayagada: A woman and her minor granddaughter died by electrocution in Odisha’s Rayagada district on Thursday.
The woman was identified as 50-year-old Bangaramma Mandangi and her granddaughter as Tapaswini, 13.
The accident took place when the duo was drying clothes on a wire. Unfortunately, the wire touched a live electric wire, and both fell unconscious.
Family members rushed them to Rayagada hospital, where doctors declared both of them brought dead.
