Bhubaneswar: Police on Thursday rescued two minor girls from Puri, a day after they went missing from Bhubaneswar.
According to sources, family members of the two Class VI students of Ghatikia Upper Primary School students in Khandagiri area had lodge a complaint with Bharatpur police when they did not return home last evening.
While investigating the case, police examined CCTV cameras on the possible routes they might have taken and found that they had boarded a train to Puri.
The rescued girls have been handed over their families, the sources added.
