Koraput: It took two years for a Bihar couple to find the whereabouts of their missing daughter, who was recently rescued from Rallegada village in Odisha’s Koraput district.
The minor girl, Ruby, was mentally unstable and left her house one day, suddenly, two years ago. Her parents were looking for her since.
Sources said that a Child Line rescued Ruby some days ago and she was being treated at the Odia Missionary Charity in Koraput.
After she was treated, she could remember her address and more about her family members and informed the same to the Child Line authorities. With the help of the Child Line in the district, the authorities were able to find Ruby’s detailed address from the Bihar government. Arrangements are now being made to send Ruby back to Bihar.
