Puri: Taking strong exception to the callousness of the state government in the missing Ratna Bhandar keys of the Jagannath temple in Puri, the state BJP unit on Friday decided to launch a weeklong stir across Odisha from June 11.
Briefing media persons here after the visit of a high-level team of the party to the Jagannath Temple, BJP state president Basant Panda said his party will stage protest demonstration in all district headquarters and sub-divisions on June 11.
“From June 12 to 19, our party workers would stage demonstration before all police stations and lodge FIR against the state government. During the period, diyas would be offered in all Jagannath temples in the state,” Panda pointed out.
