Cuttack: The ‘Mo Bus’ service will be available during the extended shutdown period in the city.
The Capital Region Urban Transport (CRUT), which manages the Mo Bus services in Cuttack and Bhubaneswar, informed this in a tweet on Sunday.
At the same time, CRUT said people should travel only for essential purposes. It also advised people to wear masks and maintain social distancing while travelling in the buses, it added.
On Saturday, the Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) had announced a complete shutdown due to the spurt in COVID cases in the city. CMC has prohibited non-essential travel and the opening of non-essential shops during the shutdown.
