Bhubaneswar: Mobile ATMs have been deployed across Bhubaneswar to beat the cash shortage.
Ever since Cyclone Fani turned life upside down, residents have been braving a scorching heatwave and queuing up outside ATM kiosks. But now help is at hand as mobile ATMs have been deployed in excess numbers across Bhubaneswar.
Bhubaneswar Smart City Limited (BSCL) has, however, urged residents to withdraw limited amount of cash, just enough to buy essentials. This would help the masses get cash. Officials said banking services have started and efforts are being made to make all ATMs operational.
