Moderate Fog In 9 Odisha Districts In Next 24 Hours

Bhubaneswar: Nine districts in Odisha will experience moderate fog in the next 24 hours, said India Meteorological Department (IMD) in mid-day bulletin on Sunday.

The national weather agency said there will be moderate fog at one or two places over the districts of Bhadrak, Jajpur, Jagatsinghpur, Angul, Dhenkanal, Cuttack, Khurda, Nayagarh and Kendrapada.

Referring to the day and night temperature, the IMD said Bhubaneswar recorded the highest day temperature of 40.4 degrees Celsius, Phulbani recorded the lowest night temperature of 10 degrees Celsius.

Senior meteorologist of the Bhubaneswar Meteorological Centre Umashankar Das said that there will be no large change in the day and night temperature in the state during the next 4-5 days. However, it will go up by 3-4 degrees Celsius from March 12.
