Nagpur: The chief of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), Mohan Bhagwat and General Secretary Suresh Bhaiyyaji Joshi received the first shot of COVID-19 vaccine at the National Cancer Institute here on Saturday.
The COVID vaccination’s third phase in India began on March 1 in which people over 60 years and those above 45 with comorbidities are being given the vaccine.
However, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, several Union ministers and top government officials have taken the first shot of the vaccine in the ongoing third phase.
