Muzaffarnagar: Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s younger brother Minazuddin on Wednesday withdrew his plea seeking anticipatory bail in the child molestation case filed against him.
On Monday, Minazuddin had moved a spe
cial POCSO court here, seeking an anticipatory bail in the case, reported PTI.
Minaz is accused of molesting a minor from his family eight years ago.
In October, the Allahabad High Court had stayed the arrest of Nawazuddin, his two brothers Fayazuddin and Ayazuddin, and their mother Mehrunissa.
However, the court didn’t grant relief to accused Minaz.
