Mother Of SOA’s Founder President Passes Away At 82 In Odisha Capital

Bhubaneswar: Satyabhama Nayak, mother of Prof Manojranjan Nayak, founder president of Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (SOA), passed away in Odisha’s capital on Thursday. She was 82.

She passed away at 12.10 pm at her residence in Kalinga Vihar here after suffering a heart attack. She was also suffering from old age-related ailments.

Satyabhama was married to Daitari Nayak of Phulapatna village under Pattamundai block in Kendrapada district.

She is survived by six sons and three daughters. SOA’s founder president is her second son.
