Bhubaneswar: MS Dhoni Cricket Academy (MSDCA) will launch its Cricket Coaching Clinic at the CV Raman Ground in Bhubaneswar for seven days, from June 3 to June 9.
The MSDCA has been launching India’s first Cricket Coaching Clinic in more than 20 different cities in India. The academy is an institute of Aarka Sports, whose central idea is one of MS Dhoni and Mihir Diwakar “giving back”. The process is going to completely transform the standard of coaching and development of cricket in India and abroad.
Equipped with all modern technologies, high-class coaching facilities and certified coaches, MSDCA is spreading its centres to every corner of India and abroad.
Aarka Sports was established in 2014 and focuses on sports management and sports consultancy services in India and abroad. Aarka Sports was founded by Mihir Diwakar, a sportsman.
The objective of this initiative is to bring structured cricket coaching to all aspiring cricketers in India. “MSDCA is formed with the sole objective to provide a platform to aspiring cricketers in the country through a structured programme and to help children learn cricket in a fun and engaging manner and shape them into quality sports people,” Mihir Diwakar said. “I am very confident that a systematic learning programme will help teach the basics at a young age. With the right basics in place, a child can learn and adapt more easily and successfully to succeed in the different formats of modern cricket”.
At the Cricket Coaching Clinic in Bhubaneswar, children will undergo specialised training under the guidance of accredited coaches from BCCI and NCA, selected by a panel of coaches, like Satrajit Lahiri and Mandar Dalivi who are BCCI and NCA Level 3 as also chief coaches with the Dhoni Cricket Academy.
