Bhubaneswar: Three persons were injured and one of them critically as three trucks crashed into each other at CRPF overbridge, Nayapalli, in the Odisha capital on Thursday.
According to sources, a goods-laden truck rammed into an iron-laden truck from behind and then another truck crashed into the two.
The multiple crashes took place after the first truck reportedly slowed down all of a sudden.
The driver of the first truck fled the scene soon after the accident, which disrupted vehicular movement on the stretch. The overbridge was later sealed keeping the safety of people in mind.
