The injured have been admitted to the nearby Capital Hospital.
According to sources, driver of a Bolero rammed into Scorpio and then hit a motorcycle, a scooter and an autorickshaw while making a bid to escape from the spot.
Police have detained three youths, who were traveling in the SUV-based pickup truck.
While the detainee are being interrogated, the driver of the vehicle would be tested for alcohol impairment, the sources added.
