Bhadrak: The driver of a vehicle ferrying school students was fined Rs 17,500 for driving without the necessary documents here on Saturday.
According to RTO sources, the vehicle engaged in the transportation service of a school was intercepted for checking on Saturday.
When the driver failed to produce his driving license and the vehicle’s documents, Bhadrak RTO issued him a challan for Rs 17,500 for violating traffic rules under the Motor Vehicle Amendment Act, 2019, the sources said.
