Mysterious Animal Wreaks Havoc In Niali, Kills Six More Sheep

Niali: As many as six sheep were mauled to death by an unseen animal at Dahijang village in Niali block of Cuttack district late on Monday.
Carcasses of the animals were found in the cattle shed of one Udaya Bhoi.
Following the incident, the villagers have expressed serious anguish over the failure of forest officials in tracing out the mysterious creature involved in the mass killing of sheep.
Five days ago, 13 sheep were found dead and six others inured in similar way at Debara under Badakorakor panchayat in the block.
