Bhubaneswar: Former bureaucrat Naba Kumar Nayak was appointed the State Election Commissioner (SEC), ahead of the urban local body elections due in November, 2018. He will replace Rabi Narayan Senapati, official sources said on Sunday.
The Odisha government is likely to publish the official notification in this regard on Monday, sources added.
