Nabarangpur: Nabarangpur police station will re-open on Monday. It was closed for sanitisation after two India Reserve Battalion (IRB) jawans tested coronavirus positive.
“Temporary arrangements were made to ensure the enforcement of COVID-19 norms and law and order. The Nabarangpur police station was functioning from Town outpost Majhiguda,” the Nabarangpur SP Kusalkar Nitin Dagdu said.
On Sunday, Nabarangpur SP Dagdu tweeted, “Two of our corona warriors from Nabarangpur PS have tested positive for COVID. They are healthy and recovering. For SOP today functions of Nabarangpur ps will be conducted from Town outpost Majhiguda.”
With 150 recoveries, the Nabarangpur district now has 53 active cases.
