‘Nagin Dance’: Holi Revelry Inside Police Station Proves Costly For Odisha Cop

Jajpur: An Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) had to face the music for his ‘Nagin Dance’ inside a police station in Odisha’s Jajpur district on the occasion of Holi.

Hours after a video of four police personnel, including a woman cop, dancing inside Panikoili police station went viral on Tuesday, Jajpur SP Rahul PR suspended ASI Sanjay Das after a preliminary inquiry into the matter.

He has also warned other cops involved in the incident of stringent action.

The statement issued by SP said that a detailed enquiry is being undertaken into the complete episode.
