New Delhi: Narendra Modi on Thursday took oath for the second time as the Prime Minister of India. He was administered the oath of office by President Ram Nath Kovind on the forecourt of a well-lit Rashtrapati Bhawan. A host of foreign leaders and well-known faces from different spheres attended the event.
NDA ally, JDU backed out from the government as it was unhappy with only one Cabinet berth. JDU leader and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, however, attended the swearing-in ceremony.
