Narrow Escape For Family As Car Crashes Into House In Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: Members of a family had a narrow escape when a car crashed into their house after breaking through the boundary wall in Soubhagya Nagar area near Baramunda in Bhubaneswar on Sunday.

As per information, the incident took place early in the morning when the car broke the wall of the house and rammed into the ground floor.

While the vehicle was badly damaged in the incident, its occupants sustained injuries. The person driving the car, with four persons on board, was stated to be in an inebriated state.

The accident damaged the building’s gate and wall. The occupants of the vehicle allegedly argued with locals and showed unruly behaviour.

On being informed, a police team reached the scene and took the intoxicated youths into custody, sources said.
