Narsinghpur: Narsinghpur Rajamata Manjulamanjari Devi passed away at the age of 88 on Monday.
She died of cardiac arrest in a private hospital in Bhubaneswar.
Wife of former MLA of Baramba Raja Trilochana Singh Deo, she was a very helpful and religious person.
Younger son Subhashis Singh Deo, daughter Dr Padmalaya Devi and other relatives were present at the hospital when she breathed her last.
Rajamata’s last rites were performed at Jaipur in Narsinghpur.
Her eldest son Debashish Singh Deo had also died of cardiac arrest three years ago.
Baramba MLA Debiprasad Mishra and the people of Narsinghpur paid heartfelt condolences while bidding adieu to the Rajamata.
