Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik instructed all Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha MPs of BJD to apprise him once in two months, starting August, on the issues raised by them in both Houses and their constituency visits, including steps taken to resolve people’s problems.
“I have had discussions with both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha MPs after the election. I am very happy that they are interested to take up important issues of the state,” Naveen mentioned in a letter to the MPs.
“We have a balanced number of both new and experienced MPs this term, who can work skillfully for the development of the state,” he added.
He instructed the MPs to visit their areas and make a report on how they are trying to solve the problems in those areas.
“By analyzing the report, I will suggest you on various issues and the solution to the problems,” Naveen added.
