Bhubaneswar: BJD President and Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Wednesday asked his MPs, MLAs and all representatives of Urban Local Bodies and panchayati raj institutions to tackle the lack of availability of blood by using Biju Janata Dal’s (BJD) ‘Jiban Bindu’ programme.
